Hi, I'm Olga.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — and an autism mom myself.

My job is simple: show up for the family in front of me, so they can keep showing up for the child they love.

I help Florida families get real, expert support at home now — instead of waiting six to twelve months for an ABA spot after your child's autism diagnosis.

There is no need for a diagnosis, or an ABA referral, to feel lost. Whether your child is typically developing or still being evaluated, if you don't know what to do next with behaviors, we'll figure it out together.

We work on the things that aren't getting better on their own: verbal behavior and communication, transitions, meltdowns, routines, sleep, potty training, mealtimes. I coach you, so the strategies keep working long after our session ends.

  • Over Zoom, anywhere in Florida.
  • I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna — plus private-pay options.
  • No long waitlist.

What happens after you reach out

  1. I reply personally, usually same day.

  2. Free 15-minute fit call — we see if this is a match. No cost, no pressure.

  3. Assessment & Plan — I get to know your child, your home, and what's hardest, and you leave with a written plan. If you're using insurance, I verify your benefits and complete the fuller clinical assessment your plan requires.

  4. We build on the plan together — practical, doable, matched to your family.

  5. We work it — I coach you through it and adjust as we go.

How we start

Every family starts with an assessment.

Before I can tell you what to do, I need to see what's really going on — your child, your home, and the moments that are hardest. So, our first session together is a focused assessment, usually about two hours.

From it, you get a written plan — clear goals and the specific strategies we'll use, built for your family, not a template. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

For private-pay coaching, we start with a flat-fee Assessment & Plan — $225 — which covers a focused session of about two hours plus your written plan. Afterward, I'll tell you honestly how much ongoing support I think you actually need. From there, sessions are $125/hour, and prepaid hour packages are available if you'd like to save.

Why families work with me

  • One BCBA, start to finish — you're not handed off to a rotation of techs.

  • I know the frustration of not knowing what to do. Every parent hits the moment when nothing's working and no one's handed you a manual. I've been there, and I help you figure out your next move.

  • No long waitlist — most families start quickly.

  • Fully virtual — serving families anywhere in Florida by Zoom.

  • You become the expert. I train you — the person who's there every day — so the progress sticks.

  • Insurance accepted, plus clear self-pay options. Insurance-based care for children with a diagnosis and simple private-pay coaching for everyone else — no surprise bills.

About me

Before I was your BCBA, I was his mom.

When my son was first diagnosed, I went straight into fix-it mode. I read everything. I researched at 2 a.m. I said yes to every therapy, every method, every “have you tried—.” I was going to figure him out and fix him.

It took me a while to learn the thing I most needed to know: he wasn't broken. He was created just as he is — and my job was never to fix him. It was to love him, fully, exactly as he already was. That shift changed everything.

And here's the part that surprised me most. Learning ABA helped enormously — but not the way I expected. I noticed my son did beautifully with his therapists, then came home and the hard behaviors came right back. That's when it clicked: therapy is wonderful, but if nothing changes at home — where no therapist is standing by — the new skills hardly make the trip. He'd learn it in session and struggle to bring it home. And honestly? That's a recipe for misery.

So, I stopped waiting for therapy to fix things and started doing the work at home too. I discovered that if I wanted my son's behavior to change, I had to change first — my patterns, my reactions, how I responded when things got hard, consistently, not just on my good days. And it worked. Using what I'd learned, I improved his eye contact myself. I coaxed out his first sounds — and then his first words. Me, at home, with my own kid. That was the eye-opener: I was the piece I could actually control, and I was more powerful than I ever realized.

That's the work I do with you now. Not fixing your child — helping you become the person who starts the progress at home. The small, everyday shifts on your side that make the biggest difference for your child.

I'm Olga Kapoor, founder of Devoted ABA Services and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Devoted ABA Services is small on purpose — I take a limited number of families, so each one gets my full attention: no long waitlist, no rotating techs, no caseload of a hundred kids. When you work with me, you work with me.

I focus on the early years — children ages 1 to 7 — and the skills that change daily life the most: verbal behavior and communication, transitions, and the routines that make home calmer.

Who I work with

You don't need a diagnosis — or even a suspicion of one — to want help.

I coach parents of all kinds of kids, ages 1 to 7:

  • children with an autism diagnosis, building skills while they wait for or transition into ABA
  • children being evaluated, or where you're wondering if something more is going on
  • typically-developing children who are simply having a hard time — the tantrums, the not-listening, the big feelings, the bedtime and mealtime battles that wear a whole family down

The tools are the same, and they work. If home feels harder than it should, you're in the right place.

What sessions look like

We meet over Zoom — you, me, and often your child, doing real life in your own home: a snack, a transition, a tough moment. I see what's actually happening, then coach you through what to do differently, in the moment and after.

You don't need special materials or a perfect setup. We work with your real kitchen, your real routines, your real hard parts of the day.

Frequently asked

Do I need an autism diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many families start before a diagnosis, or while they're waiting on an evaluation. If your child already has a diagnosis, we can go deeper into structured behavior work (and I can bill your insurance — see below). If they don't, we focus on coaching you through the everyday challenges as a private-pay service — the strategies help either way. (If your child shows signs that a formal evaluation would help, I'll tell you honestly and help you find the right next step.)

Do you only work with children on the autism spectrum?

Not at all. Many families I help have a typically-developing child going through a genuinely tough stretch — meltdowns, aggression, not listening, bedtime or sibling battles. You don't need a diagnosis, or even to suspect one. If it's making home life hard, it's worth working on.

Is this the same as ABA therapy?

I'm a BCBA — the master's-level credential that designs and supervises every ABA program. What I offer is BCBA-led parent coaching and caregiver training: I work with you so you can help your child every day. It's not a 30-hour-a-week, tech-delivered program. For many families it's the bridge that gets them started now — and keeps them steady while they wait for or transition into a full program.

Do you take insurance?

Yes — I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna for children with an autism diagnosis. Before we begin, I verify your benefits and request authorization from your plan. Please note that all services are provided pending your insurance company’s approval: your plan — not me — decides what’s covered and how many sessions are authorized. Once you reach out, I’ll confirm your benefits and keep you informed at every step. If your plan is unable to approve care, I unfortunately can’t move forward under insurance, and I’ll let you know right away so we can talk through your options. (Coaching for children without a diagnosis is private-pay — see the cost question below.)

How much does it cost?

It depends on which service fits your family. For private-pay coaching, we begin with a flat-fee Assessment & Plan — $225, a focused session of about two hours that includes a written plan built for your child — and ongoing sessions are then $125/hour, with prepaid hour packages available. For a child with an autism diagnosis whose care is billed to insurance (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Cigna), the assessment is a much more extensive clinical evaluation — often around 8 hours — billed to your plan, and your out-of-pocket cost is set by your plan (usually a copay or coinsurance) once services are authorized. Some self-pay families use HSA/FSA funds.

Do you work with Step Up / FES-UA families?

Reach out and we'll figure out whether your funding covers our work together.

What ages do you work with?

Children ages 1 to 7. Early support is where behavior work makes the biggest difference — the earlier we build communication and routines, the more it shapes everything that comes after.

How do sessions work — where do we meet?

Everything is over Zoom, which lets me serve families anywhere in Florida with no long waitlist and no commute. You'll get the same focused, hands-on coaching from your own home.

How fast do you reply?

Usually the same day. I read every message personally — no answering service, no inbox triage.

Are you a real BCBA?

Yes. I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA #1-21-48611) — the graduate-level credential that designs and supervises ABA programs. Before certifying, I worked directly with children as a behavior technician and completed the supervised fieldwork behind the credential. I'm also an autism mom, which shapes how I do this work every day.
